Shipping Info
Most Orders
Shipping is typically included in the posted price of the item for US customers with NO additional cost for shipping. With some large items, there may be an additional shipping cost--if so, it will show up as a notice in the product description.
Time to Arrival
Customers sometimes receive their ordered items within as few as 7 to 10 days from date of order--15 to 30 days is more the norm. Hiccups in supply chain may cause delays. Our order tracking will keep you up to date on where your package is in the process
International?
Our focus is on customers in the USA. It's been a thrill to get orders from France, Ireland, Australia, and even Saudi Arabia! If we can, we'll ship international orders free; but a higher cost may be involved, and there can be customs fees as well, which we are aware of at times, but sometimes we're not. We determine international shipping cost on an order-by-order basis for customers outside the US.
We'll Give It a Go
If you really, really (really) need an item fast, we'll contact our supplier to find out whether there's any ability to get your item to you more quickly. Or, if we can't get that item there quickly, maybe we can find another similar item that would express ship. There will likely be additional cost, though, which would be determined on a case-by-case basis. We'll do our best to get your item to you fast and at as low a cost as possible (hey, most everyone is sticking to a budget anymore)
Holidays? Order Early!
We do our best to get your stuff out as quickly as possible, but cannot guarantee shipping times. Things gum up even more at Christmas time, so, for best results, plan to order your intended Christmas gifts before November 3th.
We'll Try to Find It
Tracking of shipped items has probably never been as robust as it is these days. If it has been 40 days, and you still haven't seen your package, contact us. We'll do all we can to track it down. That being said, keep an eye on your porch, driveway, or doorstep. Package theft is a common crime, and if we find out the package made it to your door, we cannot replace or refund the item. Consider having your item sent to a relative or friend who stays at home, or whose area is more secure, if possible theft is a concern for you.
