We get it—sometimes things just don’t work out.
At Gravel Chic, we do our best to make sure every order goes smoothly, but we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel, return, or swap something. Here’s how we handle it, plain and simple:
Cancellations
If We Have to Cancel (on Our End)
We work hard to keep our store stocked with trustworthy suppliers, but every once in a while, a product runs out or turns out to be unreliable. If we need to cancel an order on our end, we’ll let you know right away and offer you a full refund.
If You Need to Cancel (on Your End)
Just reach out within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, your order is likely already in motion and can’t be stopped.
Send it back
We accept returns and exchanges for most items as long as:
It's within 45 days of your purchase...
The item is unused, in new condition, and returned in original packaging.

We MUST receive your returned item to process your refund or exchange.
Since we don't charge for shipping, we only pay shipping on your first return.
We accept returns for wrong size, but please do check size charts carefully. Also, if you find our chart is off, please let us know. It helps us to improve.
We'll gladly replace or refund an item that arrives broken or in poor condition. Please, immediately take a photo of the defects and let us see what the problem is; then return the item, and we'll make it right.
Sorry, but we cannot accept worn, used, or unpackaged items back as returns. See other items that cannot be returned...

Your unused item, still in its original packaging (it’s okay if it has been opened—just pack it into another package if necessary to mail it back.)
